This rather cryptic heading is all about a group discussion in making your outdoor food choices broader than two minute noodles and instant Mie Goreng. I will go hopefully dispel the myth that nutritious and tasty food is not heavy food to take on your outdoor adventures, including for vegan and vegetarian preferences. Hopefully more outdoor foodies can make it. We will cover:
- optimal food weight/day packing.
- snacking.
- breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
- Intro to dehydrating, including a practical demonstration.
