The ANUMC Committee is planning to hold a trip leaders retreat over the June long weekend. The idea is for experienced trip leaders to share their learnings and experienced with up-and-coming trip leaders.
The club will be subsidising accommodation for attendees, and there will be a program full of sessions and group activities to help build the confidence and skills of our club's trip leaders.
We are looking for people who are interested in getting involved in leading trips in any of our club's activities to attend. This could be you if:
- You already have sufficient skills in one of our club's activities to start leading trips from a technical point of view, or you're getting close to that point
- You are keen to start leading trips with the club (or maybe you've led a couple but you're keen to lead more)
- You have availability to lead trips for the club over the coming months (for example, you're not about to graduate and move interstate!)
- You are available over the June long weekend.
