Keen backcountry skiers/riders may be interested in joining the tour. At the time of posting there were 2 places available on the tour for those dates.

There is a bunch of gear you will need. Some you may have, some you may need to buy or rent, and some (like ice axes and crampons) may be available from the club gear store - TBC. You will need to do your own research about gear starting with the guiding company, who will share a gear list with you.
I will be staying in Wanaka in the week prior and there will be a chance to some backcountry ski touring day trips around Treble Cone and Cardrona. Please contact me if you want to discuss trip logistics like dates, flights, accommodation etc.
