For both experienced and beginner canyoners. Beautiful canyons, no abseils!
Beginners are welcome. You must have reasonable fitness and be willing to wade through creeks, swim, scramble up and down wet rocks and walk up steep hills... it will be worth it.
The plan: (will be confirmed closer to)
We'll leave Friday afternoon (7/11) around 4pm. We'll camp at either Cathedral of Ferns or Barcoo Swamp Campground depending on the canyons selected. This will be decided based on group experience and weather. Be prepared for a remote campground with no facilities and bring your own water.
Depending on the group and weather we may spend both days in wet canyons, or one day in a wet canyon and another doing The Dry Canyon plus some rope skills. We may combine two short canyons in one day.
