Trail Run because what's a better way to stay warm in Canberra winter?!
Calling all the free souls on Tuesday 8th July to do a social trail run together. The starting point (One Tree Hill Trail) is 20ish minutes drive from anu sport and we aim to start from 9:00am(-ish). Ideally we would need another car to do a car shuffle at the finishing point.

The total is 28.4 km but we can choose to do a shorter version depending on how much we hate ourselves? (joking!) "There are millions of trails and potential finish points in the Mulligan's flat area that we can decide to finish with. And hills if anyone wants hills 😆", says Milo. Make sure you're prepared for some drizzle.
Some running experiences and fitness level are expected but you're good to go as long as you know your limits. And the rule is: stay warm and stay in touch. (Don't go missing!)
There will be no pre-trip and lets keep in touch via messenger and see you in your stylish running outfit!
Bring: a daypack, water+ electrolyte, snacks, any running gear that suits you, wet-weather gear, your phone (fully charged) sunscreen, a hat, strong legs , good vibes, and a headtorch(!)
